Who am I?

Counselor, Educator, & Advocate

Oklahoma & Texas licensed Psychotherapist. Fulltime faculty at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Author and advocate for mental wellness, having contributed to publications, podcast interviews, article interviews, lecture spots, and discussion panels both locally and nationally. All this experience enables me to offer effective, inclusive, and customized mental healthcare to individuals and couples. Since joining the mental health profession in 2013, I have supported the emotional, psychological, and relationship health of a diversity of youth and adults.

Counseling Focus

My focus is helping people grow, heal, and build secure relationships with themselves and others. This includes becoming aware of and accepting inner strengths and values. I achieve this by providing a confidential and safe space to listen, understand, and support client's goals.

My Promise to Clients

I promise to be there for you throughout the counseling journey. My goal is to help you grow through struggles, heal from pain, and work toward your valued goals. Furthermore, I promise to approach counseling in way that is empathetic and respectful of you as a unique person.

Services & Location

I provide individual and relationship psychotherapy to adults in Oklahoma and Texas, in-person and virtually. My office is located at the Landmark Towers (center tower), 3545 Northwest 58th Street, STE 870-C, Oklahoma City, OK 73112. Given my office location, only virtual services are available within the State of Texas. Please contact in advance as walk-in meetings are not currently available.
